For those who would prefer not to stir and sip, enjoy the same health benefits of our Cheong Maeisl Concentrate Gold conveniently packaged in a pill form. The Maesil Extract Pill is made with Cheong Maesil Concentrate Gold and Korean yam. Formed into a circular shape, the pill is left uncoated for easy swallowing and digestion.

Hong Ssang Ri Sliced Maesil Seasoned with Red Pepper Paste

Only the largest and best maesil plums from our family orchard are selected, hand cut into six pieces, and aged with salt, Oligosaccharide, refined sugar and Hong Ssang Ri Red Pepper Paste to create this traditional Korean delicacy. These pickled spicy plums perfectly complement your steak or other main dish.

Hong Ssang Ri Soy Bean Paste with Maesil

Using natural sea salt and locally cultivated soybeans, we have added maesil concentrate to add to the rich flavor of our artisan soybean paste. The ingredients are carefully blended into a paste, and fermented for several months in “onggi” jars. With quality and taste that speaks for itself, this paste is excellent for cooking and the perfect dipping sauce for fresh vegetables.

Hong Ssang Ri Red Pepper Paste with Maesil

Our artisan red pepper paste has all the spicy goodness of our traditional seasoning with an added sweetness from maesil plums. Made with red peppers sourced from neighboring organic family farms and our maesil plums, our red pepper paste is fermented in “onggi” jars for several months.

Create tantalizing marinating sauces or mix our red pepper paste with brown rice vinegar or plum tea to create a sweet and sour dipping sauce. 

Hong Ssang Ri Soybean Paste

Our newest addition to our artisan product line, Hong Ssang Ri Soybean paste definitely lives up to our brand standards. Artfully created by Korea’s living treasure, Hong Ssang Ri, our soybean paste is made using only natural sea salt and locally cultivated soybeans. Most importantly, the paste is created using traditional methods and no preservatives or chemicals are added. The ingredients are carefully blended into a paste, and fermented for several months in “onggi” jars.

With quality and taste that speaks for itself, this paste is excellent for cooking and the perfect dipping sauce for fresh vegetables.

Cheong Maesil Pillow

Wake up feeling refreshed after sleeping on our therapeutic massage pillow. The seeds gently create pressure to massage and to aid in improving blood circulation. The 1,200 maesil seeds are encased in an organic cotton cover, which is ideal for sweat absorption.
